From February 17th-25th, 2013, the Arava Institute will lead a trans-boundary eco-tour through Israel, the West Bank, and Jordan. 

We will explore the issues surrounding water availability, distribution and potability for Jordan, Israel and the Palestinian Community of the West Bank. We will journey into Jordan to discover how truly connected Israel and Jordan are through water and the shrinking resources facing these countries. Step into the mineral rich and shrinking Dead Sea. Bathe in the ancient Ma’In Hot Springs and gaze at the Treasury inside the Red Rock City of Petra. Explore the hidden aquifers of Hezekiah’s Tunnel under the walls of the Golden City of Jerusalem.
